Getting started

Teaching the basic techniques of traditional swimming, introducing the swimming technique of fin swimming. Beginners who have never practiced swimming/fin swimming
Finswimming is a water sport that uses specific equipment (monofin, fins, snorkel) to allow athletes to reach much higher speeds than in swimming.

Course CUSB

• Open to: all children aged 6 to 8 who are CUSB members
  The course is suitable for children who have never practiced fin swimming but who have good swimming skills.
• Requirements:
  - mastery of freestyle and backstroke
  - basics of breaststroke and butterfly
  - autonomy in deep water
