- Proxy form: If you wish to delegate a person, who is not a parent, to pick up your son/daughter, you must notify them at the time of registration. You can find the online proxy form in the child/daughter area. Just fill it out online, download it, sign it and upload it back to the platform.
- Intolerances/allergies and life-saving medications: it is mandatory to report important information about your son/daughter such as intolerances/allergies and life-saving medications at the time of enrollment by filling out the form on the online platform. The relevant medical certificate must also be attached to the communication.
- Photo/video release

ON line: it will be possible to pay by selecting the bank transfer or credit card option. In both cases a deposit equal to 30% of the total fee will have to be paid within 5 days from the time of registration. Failure to pay the deposit by the specified deadline will automatically cancel the reservation. The balance must be paid by the Wednesday before the start of the first round of camp attendance.
Yes, the fee for multiple rounds of camp is automatically counted by the management system (you can view the rates on the camp pages).
N.B. multi-week fee discounts will not be applied if you make two separate purchase
Yes, it is possible but there are no cumulative discounts for different types of camps.

The same procedure must be followed to enroll two or more siblings. If one son/daughter attends more shifts than the others, it is mandatory to make the registration of those who attend more shifts per week beforehand. The discount will be applied only from the second enrollment onward.
It is possible to make up days missed due to illness or force majeure by submitting a medical certificate or other official documentation to our office. If the request is granted, it will be possible to choose new days or shifts in which you intend to attend.
There are no refunds for already paid and unused camp days or shifts.
Before the start of attendance at the camp, it will be possible to request a change in the weekly shifts in which you are registered by writing an email to cusb.camp@unibo.it.
However, in no way will it be possible to recover the deposit paid at the time of registration.

Yes, there is the option of having your child leave at 2 p.m., but not before lunch. The cost of the camp, however, will be the same as full time.

The list with the materials to bring along with the weekly schedule and menu will be emailed in the week before the camps begin. Indicatively, the kit will consist of:

Yes, everyone can join CUSB.
There are 3 different membership types:
- Unibo students
- Unibo staff members

With this type of membership, you can access all CUSB activities and affiliated activities at discounted prices (Look for "Unibo students / staff members" fare in the price list of each course/activity).
With this type of membership, you can access at discounted prices all the activities organized directly by CUSB and that are not exclusively dedicated to Unibo university students (Look for the fare dedicated to "Other" CUSB card holders in the price list of each course/activity). You will not be able to access any sports activity organized by the affiliated partners of CUSB.

Yes, but your CUSB card will be valid only to take advantage of commercial discounts and to take part in those activities where a medical certificate is not required.
You can request your CUSB card either by going in person to one of the CUSB offices in Bologna and across the Romagna campuses or online (NB: at the moment, the online application is only in Italian). If you request the card online, you can then pick it up in the secretary of your choice.

The person you appointed to collect your CUSB card must have the following documents with him/her:
- original registration form signed by the applicant (the person who wants to become member of CUSB)

There are two possibilities: online registration and registration at our offices.
For online registration: anyone of legal age can register their account online on the CUSB portal for free. Having a CUSB online account is not equivalent to having a CUSB membership. To register a child online, the procedure is as follows: the parent creates his or her CUSB online account free of charge and then proceeds to register his or her child (and pay the fee for the child’s membership only). So, after creating your account, at the bottom of the page you will see "Inserisci Nuovo Minore" (meaning “Insert new minor”): by filling in the required data, you can finalise your child's membership process.

Yes, minors can come unaccompanied to obtain their CUSB cards as long as they have with them:
- photocopy of one of his/her parents' identification document

Yes, it is mandatory to hand in a medical certificate in order to participate in all courses, tournaments and championships organized by CUSB and its affiliates.
In Italy, the medical certificate to practice sports is an health statement signed by a medically qualified health care provider (usually a sports doctor). The medical certificate must be of suitability for competitive or non-competitive sports, depending on which type of activity you intend to carry on.
Anyone can access the CUSB Sports Medicine Outpatient Clinic and benefit from its services. Here it will be possible to obtain both a competitive and a non-competitive medical certificate, depending on your needs.
Special rates are available for CUSB members.

The Dual Career Course - student-athlete status is a project created by the University of Bologna together with the CUSB - Centro Universitario Sportivo Bologna for athletes of the highest level in order to allow them to reconcile the study of the university path with the sporting career, get an adequate academic education level and build a solid post-athlete professional future.
To have the recognition of the status of student-athlete must necessarily be enrolled in a course of study at the University of Bologna and be a member of a national sports federation (FSN) of CONI or CIP.
To be recognised as a student-athlete, you must have at least one of the following:
- have been invited to attend the preparation programmes for the Summer or Winter Olympics/Paralympics during the 12 months preceding the application;
- have been summoned on at least one occasion to the CONI/CIP FSN national teams during the 12 months preceding the application;
- for individual sports, appear in the top 32 places of the national absolute or youth ranking of CONI/CIP FSN at the time of application;
- for team sports, participate at the time of the application for the maximum championship organised by the reference FSN; for team sports related to the FSN that have activated a professional sector (FIGC and FIP), participation in the championship immediately below the maximum category is also valid;
- have won medals at the National University Championships and the European University Championships (EUSA) in the 12 months preceding the application.
Who receives the status of student-athlete:
- you can request and agree with the teachers ad hoc appeals in case of concurrent sports commitments (competitions, training and related travel), and also take the online exams with the platforms used by the University (Skype, Microsoft Teams, Zoom). To do this you must contact the teacher at least 14 days before the exam date (with the tutor in cc), providing all the necessary information, so that he can identify an alternative date even if outside the exam session. The final evaluation on the request is up to the teacher;
- you can be followed by an academic tutor who will help you in the choice of study paths and possible internships, also in view of your professional activity after your sporting career; as regards study programmes, teaching, exam dates and contacts with the offices, you can instead count on the tutor of the course (student tutor or other tutor);
- you can request a change to your study plan at the end of your studies; in case you need to better reconcile your studies with sports commitments or if you want to make more consistent choices with your study path;
- at the end of your studies you will be awarded the Diploma Supplement, which certifies the specificity of your student-athlete path;
- you can request that during the graduation proclamation the Commission proclaims a formula that also recognizes the status of Student-Athlete of the Dual Career path. To apply, write to studenteatleta@unibo.it, at the time you apply for a degree;
- if there are places available, you can stay free of charge in a student residence run by ER.GO, for a maximum of 10 continuous days. You must send the request for accommodation to studenteatleta@unibo.it, indicating the period of interest at least 15 days before the date of arrival at the residence. ER.GO will check the availability of places and will answer providing all the directions for your stay. The stay is free, but you will have to pay a security deposit to be defined;
- you have free access to the University’s sports facilities (swimming pools and weight rooms), according to the times and regulations indicated to you. To access the facilities you must first apply to CUS Bologna writing to cusb.studenteatleta@unibo.it;
- you can benefit from a psychological support service by providing, if necessary, for consultations with a sports psychologist. The request should be addressed to cusb.studenteatleta@unibo.it;
- you can take advantage of an orientation and support service for the administrative management of your university career by contacting, by e-mail, the dedicated office in the Student Services Area - ASES, student athlet@unibo.it;
- you can renew the status of Student-Athlete for the a.a. 2023/24 (having already obtained it for the a.a. 2022/23) even if you have not met some of the requirements indicated in the notice, as a result of a serious injury that significantly limited your sporting activity in the 12 months preceding the application for renewal. In this case it is necessary to attach appropriate medical certification issued by the National Health Service, by a private Centre or by a private specialist accompanied by a document of conformity issued by the National Health Service.
In view of these benefits, the University may ask the student-athlete:
1. participate in national and international university competitions recognised by CUSI, EUSA and FISU, in agreement with the Cusb-Unibo Sports Directorate. Participation is mandatory under penalty of exclusion from the Dual Career path for the following academic year, except:
- concurrent official sporting engagements of their club;
- national commitments of the reference Federation;
- health reasons documented by appropriate medical certification issued by the National Health Service, by a private Centre or by a private specialist accompanied by a document of conformity issued by the National Health Service.
To apply for competitions you must send your sports curriculum to cusb.cnu@unibo.it; we also invite you to communicate your sports results in order to share them and make the most of them;
2. lend your image to activities of university sports promotion and teams Alma Mater-Cusb, attending the celebrations agreed and scheduled.
