Medicals and certificates

A medical certificate for non-competitive or competitive sports activity is required to participate in CUSB sports activities.

⚠ The medical certificate must be presented, at the time of registration, in original paper and valid in any of the CUSB Secretariats or, if signed digitally, it must be sent by email to cusb.segreteria@unibo.it. 

Without the certificate it will be possible to finalize the membership, but you will only be able to access free swimming, field rental and free running. For all other activities, a medical certificate must be presented.
