Medical certificates for recreational sports activities

If you need a medical certificate for non-competitive sporting activities that is also valid outside the CUSB membership, you can take the visit to our Sports Medicine clinic. It should be noted that the ECG carried out during the visit is valid only for the purposes of the certificate, therefore no copies will be issued
