🔹 Only for CUSB activities and courses
The issued certificate is valid exclusively within the CUSB and a paper copy is not delivered.
- Medical examination without electrocardiogram (with ECG already in possession)➡️€20
⚠️ Rules for those who already have an ECG:
- Documents to bring: It is mandatory to show the doctor the original ECG and leave him a photocopy. It is advisable to also bring any other cardiological documentation.
- Validity of the ECG: The report is valid only if performed after 1 September 2025 and must be reported.
- Over 60 and pathologies: Athletes over 60 or suffering from particular pathologies must have an ECG every year.
- Medical examination + electrocardiogram (ECG)➡️€30
🔹 For CUSB and external activities (Non-CUSB)
The certificate is valid for both CUSB activities and external structures. An original copy is released for use everywhere.
