Merchandising means any type of gadget created to support the communication of projects, initiatives and events of the University and/or its structures (articulations of the General Administration, campuses, schools, departments, research centers, etc.)as well as products made for sale to the public that contain the University’s trademark.
The University has identified CUSB as its exclusive licensee for merchandising activities for the five-year period 2022-2027. As part of the merchandising strategy, the collaboration with the company Macron s.p.A, leader in sportswear, for the realization of a series of co-branded products has been confirmed.
Requests for the supply of merchandising must be sent by the University Facilities to the CUSB - Merchandising Facilities Service to the following contacts:
The colleagues of the CUSB will provide information about the articles available/ordered and make a quote for the supply, including any costs (color system, printing) related to:
ATTENTION: ANY PURCHASE RELATED TO MERCHANDISING MUST ALWAYS BE AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE BY THE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER OF THE REFERENCE STRUCTURE, MAKING SURE TO HAVE THE FINANCIAL COVERAGE FOR THE EXPENDITURE.
IN ORDER TO FACILITATE PURCHASES, IN PARTICULAR FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS AND/OR ITEMS IN LARGE QUANTITIES, THE CUSB SHOULD BE CONTACTED IN SUFFICIENT TIME TO ENSURE THE HANDLING OF REQUESTS.
The availability of the goods in stock and/ or the timing of production and delivery, in fact, vary significantly from article to article and according to the quantities requested. In some cases, production may take between 60 and 120 working days or more from the date of receipt of the order form. It is therefore advisable to contact the CUSB well in advance.
The delivery follows only on receipt of the order form, to be sent to the address cusbologna@pec.it.
It is not possible to collect and/or receive the goods in the absence of an order form.
