To take part in the Swimming School activities, it is mandatory to register with Card CUS Bologna A.S.D. by filling out the appropriate form, acknowledging acceptance of the regulations in their entirety. We therefore invite you to read them carefully.
GENERAL RULES

➡️ Summer session: from 03/06/2026 to 28/07/2026
Course attendance can be once, twice, or three times per week.
THE COURSE ATTENDANCE FEE IS NON-TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER PERIODS AND/OR OTHER MEMBERS. LESSONS THAT, DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE (INDEPENDENT OF THE SPORTS CLUB’S CONTROL), ARE NOT HELD, CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED AND PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
ATTENDANCE RULES
Students may access the pool deck only if they have complied with the following requirements:
CUSB membership (upon submission of a valid Medical Certificate)
Proper registration or renewal of the course.
The Sports Club also reserves the right to cancel courses that do not reach the minimum number of participants, giving timely notice and transferring the registration to other times or days.
Parents may accompany their children to the “meeting point” and watch the lessons from the stands overlooking the pool deck. If they wish to speak with the instructor, they may do so at the end of the lesson; it is not permitted to interfere with or interrupt the regular course of the class.
Upon registration, you will receive a CUSB card to be used for pool access via the turnstiles. In swimming courses and Aquatic Gymnastics activities, ONE make-up lesson is allowed (or two lessons in twice-weekly courses, three in three-times-per-week courses) per semester purchased. At the end of each semester, a “MAKE-UP week” is scheduled (not included in the course fee), during which students may attend on the same day and time of their registration to make up one (or more) complimentary lessons.
In the case of absence due to illness or injury, NO form of REFUND is provided.
Withdrawal from courses, regardless of the reason, does not entitle the student to a refund of the fee paid.

HYGIENE, HEALTH, AND BEHAVIORAL RULES
The Record University Sports Center has 2 swimming pools:
Large Pool: 25x16 m, with a temperature between 25° and 28°C. Maximum depth: 1.70 m, minimum depth: 1.30 m.
Small Pool: 16x5 m, with a temperature between 26° and 30°C. Maximum depth: 90 cm, minimum depth: 60 cm.
The ambient temperature around the pool is approximately 25°C, while in the changing rooms it is around 23°/24°C.
MANDATORY:
Wear flip-flops in the changing room and shower areas (this also applies to accompanying persons).
Take a thorough shower before entering the water.
Use the foot-washing basin.
Wear a swim cap while in the water.
Store clothing and bags in the designated lockers.
PROHIBITED:
Bringing glass objects into the facility.
Changing outside the designated changing rooms; it is NOT allowed to remain in common areas WITHOUT clothing.
Leaving clothes and personal belongings in rotating cabins, as they WILL BE REMOVED.
Bringing bags/sports bags onto the pool deck.
Consuming food and drinks in the changing rooms, pool deck, or stands.
Performing free dives from the pool edge or starting blocks.
Using equipment or materials in the pools without prior authorization.
THE USE OF THE FACILITY IS ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
Users must provide their own padlock to secure lockers.
The Sports Club is not responsible for objects or valuables left in the changing rooms, lockers, or for any loss of belongings inside the facility.
To facilitate changing for children up to 4 years old, a single shared changing room is provided where parents of both sexes may enter. Parents are kindly requested to change themselves in the designated changing rooms.
Children from 5 years of age, as well as teenagers and adults, must change in their respective changing rooms and must NOT remain unclothed in common areas, but only inside the rotating cabins.
Any damage caused to the facility or its equipment due to negligence or failure to comply with these rules must be compensated for by those responsible.
