Bone Fit

Regular exercise has a positive influence on the main risk factors of osteoporosis. Physical exercise is focused on improving joint mobility, muscle strength, static and dynamic balance, it is able to improve bone health by reducing bone loss in adulthood and reducing the risk of falls.

A highly specialized course in physical exercise for bone health in collaboration with the European Project "Actlife - Physical activity: the tool to improve the quality of LIFE in osteoporosis people"coordinated by Professor Bragonzoni of the Department of Life Quality Sciences and the trainers of the project (Dr Erika Pinelli, Dr Maria Scoppolini Massini).
