⌚Days and times: ➡️ Monday to Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
📍Where: ➡️ Almagym Fitness Studio entrance at P.le Igino Lega, 2 - Forlì (the day's activities will also take place inside the University Campus Park)
Staff: activities will be coordinated and led by CUSB educators and instructors
How to register: Send an email to cusb.fo@unibo.it specifying: - your category (Unibo Technical Administrative Staff/Unibo teaching staff/Non-Unibo) - the first and last name and full details of the child - the weeks of interest for which you wish to register your child - whether you will pay the fee by bank transfer or in person at one of the CUSB offices.
Once the email has been received, the CUSB office will prepare a quote based on the selected weeks, indicating the two payment methods available: - You can pay by bank transfer - Or you can pay in person at one of the Cusb offices.
⚠️Registration will only be confirmed upon payment of a deposit of €20.00 for each week booked. Payment must be made within 5 days of online registration. The balance must be paid in full in a single installment by the Monday before the start of the first camp session. Under no circumstances will it be possible to recover the deposit paid at the time of registration. ⚠️Weekly sessions will only start with a minimum of 5 registrations made within the specified deadlines. It will be possible to make up for missed sessions in subsequent sessions, if available. If necessary, a refund will be given for the camp session already paid for and not used if there are no other active sessions.
Before the start of the camp, it will be possible to request a change to the weekly sessions you have registered for by sending an email to cusb.fo@unibo.it
Documents required for registration: - CUSB card - Medical certificate for non-competitive sports or green sports booklet issued by a pediatrician - Delegation and allergy form (downloadable in the attachment) - Photo/video release form (downloadable in the attachment)
Costs per week: - Unibo Technical and Administrative Staff: €90.00 per week - Unibo teaching staff: €110.00 per week - Non-Unibo citizens: €130.00 per week
The weekly fee includes: - Full-day attendance with sports and cultural activities; - 3 lunches and 3 morning snacks at Volume (in the same building as Almagym Fitness Studio); - one admission to the swimming pool (packed lunch not included); - one outing in the local area (packed lunch not included).
