A laboratory of research and study of yoga in all its aspects. In this course we will work on physical and postural practice, but also on insights into philosophy, pranayama (the practice of breath control) and ethical aspects of yoga, to bring the practice in and out of the mat. During the course will be laid the foundations to build a personal and constant yoga practice, in which you acquire strength, mobility and body awareness, you learn to manage stress and learn about an ancient philosophical system born in India.

Yoga is a discipline born in India that consists of asanas (postures), pranayama (work on the breath) and meditation (but not only). In this course we will learn how to use the body as a tool to connect with ourselves stess* and our breath. Through the practice of yoga you can develop a better relationship with your body and with yourself*, exploring a new way of moving in an accessible and non-judgmental space, and get in touch with a rich and ancient culture. The classes will be accessible to all people regardless of age and practical experience.

The Yin & Yang Fusion course provides an extraordinary opportunity to explore a harmonious fusion of Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga, enhanced by elements of Yoga Nidra. This practice creates a complete experience of well-being and connection between mind, body and spirit. Prema Vinyasa is a physically strong and engaging yang style that synchronizes fluid movements with the breath, facilitating the connection between mind, body and spirit. In the course, Yin Yoga, a more static style in which postures are held for long periods, will promote deep relaxation of the body, working on yin tissues (bones, ligaments, fascia, etc.). In addition, elements of Yoga Nidra, a progressive relaxation practice, will help reduce stress and increase mental well-being. You will discover a unique fusion of Yin & Yang that will promote inner balance. Classes are open to all levels of practice, and the experienced instructor will guide you on a path to holistic well-being.
