YOGA HATHA
It is the yoga of the origins, as it unites the opposites that inhabit us: Ha, which is the sun, and Ta, which is the moon, the two parts of our nervous system. It is a style that is partly dynamic, aiming to strengthen the body to eliminate psycho-physical toxins, but also static, where the focus is on flexibility and body openness. This union strengthens, relaxes, and balances the body and the nervous system, teaching us to find the middle path. The classes will have a physical part with asanas (postures), integrated with pranayama (breathing techniques) and mantras, to cleanse the body and mind, all followed by a final contemplative phase to enjoy the benefits of the practice on our body and seek a small space of inner silence.
YOGA VINYASA
It is a dynamic practice based on the synchronization between breath and movement. The sequences, fluid and progressive, improve muscular strength, joint flexibility, and endurance. It is ideal for those who are already familiar with basic asanas (postures) and for those looking for a complete workout that combines body awareness, mental concentration, and psycho-physical well-being
YOGA ASHTANGA
A very dynamic practice that consists of the same sequence of postures coordinated with the breath. Through repetition, great perfection in movement is achieved, and it trains consistency and discipline. The yogic path focuses on the complete purification of the psycho-physical system: the purification of the body through asanas and the use of pranayama.
The classes will focus on the first series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, called 'Yoga Chikitsa,' literally 'Yoga Therapy,' consisting of 75 asanas.
Each class will be dedicated to learning specific asanas, in a progressive path that will lead us to form the entire sequence.
YOGA ELEMENTAL FLOW
An integrated method that combines principles of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga with the 5 elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether) that, according to yogic tradition, make up our body and everything around us.
Each session stimulates specific bodily systems and mental states, promoting balance and emotional stability.
Recommended for those seeking an evolutionary and mindful approach to the body as a tool for self-knowledge.
YOGA POWER
It is a dynamic and energetic style of practice, working at a fast pace to properly warm up the body before building strength and endurance through the prolonged holding of certain postures, while listening to the energy created flowing through the body.
Although it is a vigorous style, the practice always leads to recognizing and respecting the limits of your body, working to increase endurance by following the breath and always honoring your own uniqueness.
YOGA YIN YANG
It is a style of practice that combines two different approaches to Yoga.
The Yin part, slower and more introspective, works more deeply and passively on flexibility, joint mobility, and muscle relaxation.
The Yang part, more dynamic and energetic, stimulates blood flow, warming the body and strengthening the muscles, creating endurance and energy.
The combination of these creates a balanced practice that follows a flow that gradually increases in intensity and energy, spreading throughout the body.
It then slows down, consisting of deeper postures that focus on flexibility, mobility, and muscle stretching, and concludes with a return to stillness.
