3X3 STREET BASKETBALL RULES
Each team consists of a maximum of 4 players and a minimum of 3 players.
The game is won by the team that first reaches 21 points or by the team that is ahead after 8 minutes of play. In the event of a tie at the end of 8 minutes, the team that scores 2 points first wins the game.
The game is played on a single basket in one half of the court.
A basket scored inside the 3-point area is worth 1 point, while a basket scored outside the 3-point area is worth 2 points. Only in cases of dead ball, before the ball is touched, is it possible to make substitutions by requesting the intervention of the referee. Substitutes may only enter the court after their teammate has left the court and made physical contact with the player who is to enter.
For each basket scored, there is always a change of possession.
Initially, the ball is assigned to the team through odd or even.
The ball goes to the defence exactly under the basket. The ball must be dribbled or passed outside the 3-point arc.
For each foul committed, 1 point is awarded to the opposing team.
