Cus Bologna, the activity starts again

September, the grape harvest, remedial exams and (a lot of) CUS Bologna. That’s right: from September 1, the activities of the University Sports Center of Bologna for the 2025/2026 season have begun.

Who can take part in CUS Bologna’s activities? Everyone: students, university staff, or simply sports enthusiasts who, in the world of CUS Bologna, can find courses, tournaments, championships, countless initiatives, and plenty of activities suitable for all ages and levels. To participate, you must register as a member—this is mandatory to benefit from insurance coverage. How can you register with CUS Bologna? Either online, or at one of the many offices in Bologna, Rimini, Forlì, and Cesena. The membership card entitles you to two free entries to be used in CUSB courses or at Alma Gym fitness centers. Plus, a 10% discount at the Unibo Store. A particularly welcome feature for first-year university students: the card is completely free for freshmen. The courses include water sports, swimming schools, dance, fitness, individual sports, and team sports.

Another key point, beyond the professionalism of CUS Bologna staff, is the availability of top-level facilities. The Alma Gym centers, the Record swimming pool, the new and modern athletics track at the CUS Terrapieno facility. Opportunities range from tournaments to amateur championships where, alongside the competitive aspect, there is also a recreational and social one. And in September there will be countless opportunities to test your talent and skills free of charge. All thanks to the Open Days promoted by CUS Bologna.

Do you like triathlon? Mark down September 11. Want to see if you have a little Jannik Sinner in you? The tennis Open Days are many: September 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 16, and 17. Same dates for padel. The tennis tournament will be on September 13, one day after the finswimming Open Day. For water polo, you’ll have to wait until September 21.

And that’s not all: in September, the Alma Gym fitness centers will also open their doors with dedicated Open Days, offering the chance to discover courses and fitness activities free of charge in a professional and welcoming environment.

No need to wait any longer, because CUS Bologna is ready with countless activities.
