MMA - Ravenna

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport based on strikes, holds, and ground fighting. It incorporates martial arts techniques (such as Karate, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, Judo, Sambo) and combat sports in general (such as freestyle wrestling, grappling, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, Greco-Roman wrestling).
