University of Bologna Summer Camp Regulations 2025
📍BOLOGNA
CHILD REGISTRATION: -The parent must create an account on the management system. -Link their child to their account. -Register the child with CUSB. -Complete the Camp enrollment.
For enrolling two or more children, the same procedure must be followed. If one child attends more weeks than the others, their registration must be completed first. The discount will only be applied from the second registration onwards.
PAYMENT: The registration will be confirmed only upon payment of a deposit equal to 33% of the total enrollment fee. The payment must be made within 5 days of online registration. If the deposit is not paid within the given timeframe, the online booking will be automatically canceled by our administration. The remaining balance must be paid in full in a single transaction by the Wednesday before the start of the first camp session.
MULTI-WEEK REGISTRATION: The enrollment fee for multiple camp sessions is automatically calculated by the system (fees can be viewed on the camp pages). Discounts for multiple weeks will not be applied if two separate purchases are made.
MODIFICATION OF REGISTRATION: Before the camp starts, it is possible to request a change in the weekly sessions by sending an email to cusb.camp@unibo.it. However, the deposit paid at the time of registration cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
MISSED DAYS: It is possible to make up for missed days due to illness or force majeure by presenting a medical certificate or other official documentation to our administration. If the request is approved, the participant may choose new days or sessions to attend. No refunds are provided for paid and unused camp days or sessions.
PART-TIME ATTENDANCE: There is no specific fee for "part-time" attendance. However, it is possible for the child to leave at 2:00 PM (but not before lunch). To request early dismissal at 2:00 PM, an email must be sent to cusb.camp@unibo.it.
MANDATORY INFORMATION AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION: When registering, it is mandatory to provide important information about the child, such as intolerances/allergies and life-saving medications, by filling out the online form. A corresponding medical certificate must also be attached.

PAYMENT: The registration will only be confirmed upon payment of a deposit of €20.00 per week. The deposit must be paid within 5 days of online registration. The remaining balance must be paid in full in a single payment by the Wednesday before the first session starts. The deposit paid at the time of registration is non-refundable under any circumstances.
REGISTRATION FOR MULTIPLE SESSIONS: The registration fee for multiple camp sessions is automatically calculated by the system (rates can be viewed on the camp pages).
MODIFYING REGISTRATION: Before the camp starts, it is possible to request changes to the registered weekly sessions by sending an email to cusb.fo@unibo.it.
