Learn the ancient defence technique of japanese samurai. The Aikido course teaches you how to use your opponent strenght to defend yourself, following the ancient traditional defence technique of samurai, improving at the same time concentration, reflexes and flexibility.

  • Timetable: monday and thursday, 8.00 - 10.00 pm (first course week and from June until the end, it will be 7.00 - 9.00 pm)
