SON/DAUGHTER REGISTRATION: - The parent must create an account on the management - Associate the son/daughter to your account - Membership of the CUSB son/daughter - Register for the Camp To enroll two or more children, the individual registration procedure must be repeated for each; the system will automatically apply the discount from the second child’s registration fee, and so on for subsequent children. The registration of a child who attends several weekly shifts must be made beforehand.
PAYMENT: The registration will be confirmed only at the time of payment of the deposit equal to 33% of the total registration fee. Payment must be made within 5 days of online registration. In case of non-payment of the deposit within the indicated terms, the online reservation will be automatically cancelled by our secretariat. The balance must be paid in full by the Wednesday before the first round of attendance at the camp.
REGISTRATION FOR MORE SHIFTS: the registration fee for multiple camp shifts is automatically counted by the management (you can view the rates on the pages of the camps). Discount rates for several weeks will not apply if you make two separate purchases.
CHANGE REGISTRATION: before the beginning of attendance at the camp it will be possible to request the change of the weekly shifts to which you are registered by writing an email to cusb.camp@unibo.it. In no way will it be possible to recover the deposit paid at the time of registration.
DAYS OF MISSED ATTENDANCE: it is possible to recover the days lost due to illness or force majeure, by presenting the medical certificate or other official documentation to our secretariat. If the request is accepted, it will be possible to choose the new days or shifts in which you intend to attend. There are no refunds for days or camp shifts already paid and not used.
PART TIME FREQUENCY: there is no fee for the "part time" frequency. However, the possibility remains to let your child out at 14:00 (however not before lunch). To request to leave at 14, please send an email to cusb.camp@unibo.it
INFORMATION REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION: it is mandatory to report at the time of registration, by filling out the form on the online platform, important information about your son/ daughter such as intolerances/ allergies and life saving drugs. It is necessary to attach the relevant medical certificate to the communication.
