⚠️SEPTEMBER OPEN – FREE TRIAL CLASSES
During the month of September, you can participate in up to 3 free trial classes per week, even for different activities.
The trials take place on the same days and at the same times as regular training sessions, together with registered members: an opportunity to experience the activity in an authentic way.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
CUSB membership is mandatory: it must be obtained before the trial via the portal.👉 Membership info
Online booking is mandatory: it can only be done via the portal, in the “Bookings” section. 👉 Membership info
IMPORTANT DATES
Week of September 15 → start of courses (with days varying according to the activity)
Trial bookings open → 7 days before the trial date
Bookings close → 2 days before the trial date
⚽ Soccer → training starts September 8; trials active from that date, with bookings available from September 1
MAIN RULES
✅ Up to 3 free trials per week for each participant
✅ Reservations only online, through the “Reservations” section of the portal
✅ Limited places for each course
✅ In courses that are almost full, the trial gives priority for enrollment, valid for a few days.
✅ You must present your updated sports booklet (not required for children under 6).
✅ CUSB membership must be completed before the trial.

Athletics course
starting Tuesday, September 16
Trial reservations: Tuesday, September 9 to Sunday, September 14
Trial: Tuesday, September 16, same time as training
Soccer course
starting Monday, September 8
Trial reservations: Monday, September 1 to Saturday, September 6

🧾PAYMENT OF ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE
BOOK EARLY
Until August 5, you can register in advance for the annual fee only, which will benefit from a special discount.

DEPOSIT
Until September 1, you can confirm your registration by paying a DEPOSIT equal to 30% of the total registration fee. Payment must be made within 5 days of completing the online registration process. If the deposit is not paid within the specified time frame, the online reservation will be automatically canceled by our office.
BALANCE
The balance, equal to 70% of the total registration fee, must be paid no later than September 9.
REGISTRATION CHANGES
Before the start of the course, it will be possible to request changes to the weekly shifts for which you have registered, exclusively by writing an email to cusb.corsisportivi@unibo.it
Under no circumstances will it be possible to recover the deposit paid at the time of registration.
MISSED DAYS:
It is possible to make up for days missed due to illness or force majeure by submitting a medical certificate or other official documentation to our office. If the request is accepted, you can choose the new days or shifts you wish to attend. No refunds will be given for registrations that have already been paid for and not used.
REGISTRATION CHANGES: You may request changes to your course registration by sending an email to cusb.corsisportivi@unibo.it. Requests will only be considered if there are places available in the new activities requested.
