Unibo Summer Camps

The fourth edition of the summer cultural camps organized by the University of Bologna has started, this year in collaboration and synergy with the Bologna University Sports Center - CUSB. The activities of the CUSB multisport fields will be joined by the usual cultural activities and didactic laboratories by the teachers of Alma Mater, giving life to a program of great variety and interest. The camps will have an absolutely innovative theme this year, namely that of the objectives for the Sustainable Development of the Agenda ONU 2030: those in particular on which the attention will be focused are Health and Wellness, Reducing inequalities, Life on land, responsible consumption.

Unibo Summer Camps

  • Who can participate: all girls and boys from 9 to 15 years old (i.e. born from 2005 to 2011). 

To register, it is necessary to check the availability of places by sending an email to specifying that the request concerns the "Unibo Summer Camps". If availability is confirmed, fill in the attached form [Scheda Iscrizione e Regolamento] and go to:

 

  • Where: cultural and sporting activities take place at the Record University Sport Center (Via del Pilastro, 8). If requested, a transport service from the city center (in front of the MamBo Museum) to the CUS Record facility will be activated, always following the safety rules. 
  • When: Unibo Summer Camps will be active every day from Monday to Friday in the weeks of June 22nd to 26th; from June 29 to July 3; from 6 to 10 July. 
  • Hours: 8.00 / 8.30 - 17.00 
  • Staff: sports activities are conducted by qualified personnel with many years of support for children and young people: teachers of physical sciences, education sciences, federal technicians and animators with consolidated experience in the youth sector. The didactic laboratories and training activities are provided by the teachers of the University of Bologna. The numerical relationship between operators and children will be graded in relation to the age of the children: from 9 to 11, one instructor for every 7 children; from 12 to 15 one instructor for every 10 children. 
  • To register: registrations open today Tuesday 9 June for only the technical-administrative staff of the University of Bologna who has the right of first refusal until Thursday 11 June at 12:00. Subsequently, registrations will be open to all. 

To register you need the following documents:

  • CUSB card 
  • Certificate of non-competitive sporting fitness (from 6 years) or sportsman's booklet
