Judo - Forlì

Judo is not only a martial art but it is also defined as an educational method, in fact Judo is based on the study and practice of an attack and defense procedure, inspired by Japanese martial arts (ju-jitsu) which privilege the techniques of projection and control.

  children 6 years: Wednesday and Friday 5.30pm-6.30pm
  children 7-10 years: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5.30pm-6.30pm
  children 11-14 years: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6.30pm-7.30pm
  adults (agonists and beginners): Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7.30pm-9.00pm
