Group Cycling

Indoor training system aimed at improving and maintaining psychophysical well-being through a pleasant and engaging cardiovascular work.
A stationary bicycle is used and the easy gesture of the pedaling is accompanied by simple but essential aids such as the group, the music, a right environment and above all the careful guidance of the instructor.
