- tuesday and thursday, 11.15 - 12.15 am and 5.00 - 6.00 pm

- Costs: 1 month €30 once a week | €46 free entrance
BUDOKAN INSTITUTE COURSE

- Timetable: monday and thursday, 7.00 - 8.00 pm
- Costs:
3 months: €66 once a week | €105 twice a week
4 months: €88 once a week | €140 twice a week

- Pilates: monday and thursday 10.15 - 11.15 am, friday 8.00 - 9.00 pm
- Wall Pilates: wednesday, 1.15 - 2.15 pm and 7.00 - 8.00 pm

4 classes to do in 30 days (from payment) → €40
8 classes to do in 60 days (from payment) → €70
16 classes to do in 120 days (from payment) → €130
