BUDOKAN INSTITUTE OPEN COURSE

- Timetable: monday and wednesday, 7.00 - 8.00 pm
- Costs:
3 months: €66 once a week | €105 twice a week

ELLEDANZA OPEN COURSE

Course ASIA

Once registration is complete, the payment receipt must be shown at ASIA’s secretariat, whether it is a first registration or a renewal.

- Pilates: monday, wednesday and thursday, 10.15 - 11.15 am
- Wall Pilates: wednesday, 1.15 - 2.15 pm and 7.00 - 8.00 pm
- Costs:
4 classes to do in 30 days (from payment) → €40
8 classes to do in 60 days (from payment) → €70
16 classes to do in 120 days (from payment) → €130
