Aikido and Japanese weapons Bologna

The Aikido course teaches us to exploit the strength of our adversaries for defense purposes, both from attacks using the bear hands or weapons, according to the ancient traditional technique of self defense used by the Japanese Samurai, also improving concentration, reflexes and joint elasticity.
