Functional training dedicated to boys and girls aged 14 to 18.
A program designed to support teenagers throughout their growth, promoting harmonious physical development through bodyweight exercises and age-appropriate light resistance training. The activity aims to improve posture, coordination, mobility and strength, in line with the physiological needs of the developmental age.
Participants will be guided and supported by qualified staff with a degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences, in a safe, stimulating environment focused on well-being and proper movement education.
