Course CUSB

The Lifeguard Certification issued by the Italian Swimming Federation (FIN) is the only one that complies with the requirements outlined by the guidelines of the ILS (International Life Saving Federation) for the recognition of certifications internationally.

Certifications Awarded at the End of the Course:

  • ➡️ Corporate First Aid Certification
  • ➡️ Defibrillator Use Certification
  • Eligibility: Open to everyone aged 16 to under 50. Member CUSB
    The course is intended for those who already possess excellent swimming skills, including mastery of freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke techniques.

Admission Test Requirements:

  1. Perform a head-first dive from the poolside
  2. Swim 150 meters continuously using any technique
  3. Swim 50 meters continuously using freestyle
  4. Swim 50 meters continuously using backstroke
  5. Swim 50 meters continuously using breaststroke
  6. Swim 12.5 meters continuously underwater
  7. Stay in an upright position in the water for 20 seconds with head and hands above the surface
