CUS Bologna, led by Margherita Mezzetti – making her debut as president at the Eastern Piedmont CNU – continues its impressive run at the spring National University Championships. And the Biancorossi’s medal tally has been boosted by yet another bronze medal. In total, the CUS Bologna team has already secured 14 podium finishes. The latest third-place finish comes from the women’s table tennis doubles pair, Irem Balbay and Nefeli Ppali.
Meanwhile, in tennis, Andrea Valli continues her run, defeating her opponent 6-2, 6-2 in the women’s singles. The same result was achieved in the women’s doubles by Vittoria Modesti and Clara Sansoni.
CUS Bologna now turns its attention to the trap shooting event with Gaia Ragazzini, who, as a member of the senior national team, is determined to win another medal that could further boost the reputation of the Alma Mater Studiorum.
