The University of Bologna does not forget the importance of physical activity, to be continued to cultivate especially in a period in which time is spent inside the home.

For this reason, thanks to the CUSB - Bologna University Sports Center, from Monday to Friday every morning at 8:30 am, short training videos will be published on the University's social channels: 15 minutes in the company of a CUSB instructor to start the day with a little exercise. The videos will be re-shared on the social channels of Cus Bologna every day at 14:00.
