Much more than just a walk!

Dynamic walking is an activity designed to improve breathing, stamina and posture: it works not only the legs, but also the glutes, core and upper body. Moving your arms correctly and maintaining an upright posture helps to strengthen your muscles and improve your balance.

  • Timetable: 7, 14, 21 and 28 May; 4, 11, 18 and 25 June; 17 and 24 September. From 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm
  • Attendance: max 20 per class
