Pilates

Pilates is a type of gymnastics (fitness method) of rehabilitation, preventive and hypothetically therapeutic (rehabilitation), focused on the control of posture - through the "regulation of the center of gravity" - in turn necessary to gain greater harmony and fluidity in movements.  Indicated to regain fitness and fitness at any age and is suitable for everyone, because it allows you to achieve remarkable and lasting results on the general muscle tone.
