Happy Self Defence

The objective is to provide the theoretical-conceptual elements on safety and how to behave and react in case of dangerous situations. It is also a playful activity, preparatory to martial arts and is geared to develop and consolidate basic motor patterns and improve motor skills. A participation kit will be provided to all those enrolled.

In case of ABSENCES, it will be possible to apply for making up missed classes, exclusively by submitting a valid medical certification. The course secretariat will then evaluate the request received.

Also throughout the year will be organized:

• SPORT DAY (afternoons of multi-sport games and activities)
• PROMOTION WEEK (week in which you can also freely attend other CUSB disciplines) reserved for those enrolled in our courses
