Emotions and movement in water

The purpose of the course, which uses the techniques of counseling, is to teach how to gain and cultivate a greater awareness of their feelings and emotions. Through exercises in water, participants will be guided in a path that aims to increase the ability to listen to their bodies, information and messages that sends us, to tune in to their senses, to observe and recognize their own emotional states and thoughts. The course is particularly suitable both for those who are afraid of water and for those who, although they know how to swim, want to improve some aspects of their relationship with water, but also for anyone who feels the need for a time and a space in which to stop, observe themselves and get more deeply in touch with themselves, cultivating their mental and emotional awareness to improve their psychophysical well-being.
