Agreement for FIDAL-Affiliated Track and Field Clubs

Access to the track at the CUS Terrapieno facility for FIDAL-affiliated track and field clubs

If you are an athletics club affiliated with FIDAL and need space for your athletes’ training sessions (individual or group), you can submit a request to train at our track.

 

📋 HOW TO SUBMIT AN ACCESS REQUEST 

To gain access to the track, the club must first send a request via email to: cusb.terrapieno@unibo.it 

The request email must include the following information:

  • Days and times: sessions must fall within the designated time slots, namely:
    - Days → Monday through Friday
    - Times → 1:00 PM–5:00 PM | 7:00 PM–9:00 PM
    ⚠️For special requests or different times, please indicate this in the body of the email; staff will verify the feasibility of the request.
  • Athlete roster: a complete list with the full names of those who will be using the track, required for CUSB membership.
    ⚠️Access is strictly reserved for athletes with a valid FIDAL membership.
  • Payment method: The requesting club must pay the access fees directly to CUSB.
    ⚠️Access to the track will be authorized only after payment has been received

💳 FEES AND ADMISSION PRICES

Every athlete nominated by their club will be registered with CUSB free of charge: 

  • Single admission: €5.00
  • Annual membership for Under 15: €30.00 per person
  • Annual membership for Over 15: €65.00 per person
